At Alvra, we aim to provide the best possible shipping options, no matter where you live. We work with reliable carriers to ensure fast delivery and excellent service.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Each wristband is inspected and, if necessary, pre-charged so it’s ready to use right out of the box.

Delivery & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package. Estimated delivery times:

UK: 3–4 business days

Europe (incl. Germany, France, Belgium, etc.): 4–7 business days

USA & Canada: 5–8 business days

Australia & Rest of World: 7–12 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons (New Year, Black Friday, Valentine’s Day) or due to customs inspections.

Order Changes & Cancellations
