You have 100 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your details before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. Orders already dispatched may not be refundable.

3. How to Return Your Order
Contact Us: Email support@heyalvra.com within 100 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.
Approval & Return Address: Our support team will confirm your return and provide the return address.
Prepare Your Return: Pack the product securely in its original packaging, including all accessories.
Ship the Return: Once approved, ship the item within 5 working days and provide us with the tracking number.
Refund: After inspection, refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
4. Non-Returnable Items

5. Damaged Products Upon Arrival
If your product arrives damaged:
Take clear photos of the defect and the shipping label.
Email them to support@heyalvra.com within 5 days of delivery.
We’ll send a free replacement. If the replacement also has an issue, you will receive a full refund.
